"I love this product! I limped along for a while with another companies product that had too many moving parts, and therefore was always breaking. Your direct-pull design and sturdy craftsmanship make this an ideal addition to any serious percussionist's kit.The only problem I had was needing to replace the cable because of some burrs on the edge of the hole in the metal rod it comes through. A little filing and another wire ( I used #4 picture hanging wire) and it has taken me through many rehearsals and gigs with no problem. Kudos to your design dept!"
